This is the actual issue: https://sentry.galaxyproject.org/share/issue/aabedcd3255d4a048d214eae3413d180/ The output directory is missing from the pulsar status complete response, which is this:

{complete: "false",job_id: "73120192",status: "postprocessing"}

note that the status is not terminal. How was the job terminated ?
