update for "Mapping and molecular identification of phenotype-causing mutations" #2952

The Hands-On tutorial in the "Mapping and molecular identification of phenotype-causing mutations" in the Variant Analysis Section needs Some clarity on assumptions such as recessive mutation and the purpose of the mapping strain (for non-geneticists). And SnpEff4.1 is no longer available. Can this be patched?

As for clarity: the audience for this tutorial are geneticists who know their field, but want to learn about a modern, sequencing-based extension. I don't think the content should be turned into an introduction into genetics.

That said, if you are aware of another GTN tutorial with a more gentle introduction into genetics, it is certainly a possibility to link to it.
