CHiPseeker is now installed on usegalaxy.org and the first to use the new automated PR-based system in galaxyproject/usegalaxy-tools#11. Unfortunately that system doesn't test tools yet so it still needs to be tested.

Great, thanks @natefoo. I'll grab some of the test data and run through the GUI, just to see if anything goes wrong.
