We now simulate 1 tube at a time

@msyriac this is HEALPix only for now, later, once we have some unit tests for CAR, I can implement CAR support.

@msyriac I need to merge this so can announce the release tomorrow at telecon, however I still need to finalize v2.1.0, please provide feedback even if pull request is merged, I'll create another pull request to address comments.
