Description: Quest not working - "Spirits Are With Us"

How to reproduce: When you click on bonfire the High Priest Venoxis appear he speaks and after that quest is not compleated

How it should work: When you click on bonfire the High Priest Venoxis appears he speaks and after that quest should be compleated

Reopening the issue players after completing the previous quest can't get this one most likely phasing issues, friendly npc is not with them neither my best guess is because these quests are not in order you can have these quests out of order by the look of it related issue https://github.com/gamefreedomgit/Maelstrom/issues/3594
