pdns statistics gmetric wrapper #17

Hi,

I added a gmetric wrapper to collect statistics from pdns_control and report them to ganglia.

The older commit is a bunch of scripts I wrote long ago; I care less whether they're merged. I think they still work but I haven't tested them recently.
