unable to do addon NAVI-X #309

Geetings,

I tried to add NAVI-X in the systems menu in XBCM program and it said 
dependencies are not met, contact author. I down loaded the latest NAVI-X 
version which is V37.8but it doesn't work. Please advise what I need to do.
