视频评论区的用户卡片触发失效了 #179

B站把视频的评论区做了一下改版，现在用了大量的shadowroot，导致mouseenter event绑不上了。现在评论区的用户没法触发用户卡片。

动态的评论区也失效了，简单做了个兼容，不排除以后还会改
