Sanitize BibTeX data file (+ gapdoc.g refreshment) #19

Attempt to sanitize the BibTeX metadata file: 0] the composed documentation no more contains weird material (i.e., obscure verbatim LaTeX code); 1] the composed documentation is comparable to the one composed for GAP itself; 2] some metadata has been updated; 3] `gapdoc.g' has been modified to show how it works (inspired by the GAP script effectively used by the Debian package 3.13+ds-1 [1]; 4] please find in attachment the corresponding PDF and TXT outputs.

Thanks. Please feel free to submit a pull request to remove more autogenerated files (I don't know enough GAPDoc to tell exactly which ones can go --- assuming they are recreated automatically by running make dist or other appropriate target`)
