Changes around GUAVA's documentation

@osj1961 this PR is a part of the preparation for the new release. It makes some changes related to GUAVA's documentation:

• it removed autogenerated files from version control
• it adds the new script to build manuals, with the standard name to use with release tools, building the version with MathJax support, and extracting examples from manual chapter into the test files in the tst directory
• it adds tst/testall.g which will test all extracted examples. At the moment, chapters 5 and 7 takes too much time (I've terminated them). Eventually manual examples are expected to be fixed and this test specified in the PackageInfo.g file.
