Failed to create album when trying to share to Picasa Web

1. Share to Picasa Web

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shoudl upload the picture to Picasa Web.
Shows error "Failed to create album, please try again later."
Retried multiple times without success

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V 4.0.6 on Ubuntu 10.04 GNU/Linux

I have been getting the same message since my May 17, 2011 install date of 
version 4.0.6 if Google Screen Capture.

I use Chrome 11 on a Vista machine and on a Windows 7 machine. 

I use 12.26% of PicasaWeb storage. 

All I want to do is get my screen shot into a Google doc without using my hard 
drive. PicasaWeb would be one way to do that.

My workaround to avoid saving to my drive has been to use the copy feature on 
screen capture, and paste into a Google doc on Firefox 4 (won't paste into a 
Google doc on  Chrome 11). 

Interesting that I can then Ctrl + C in Firefox 4 and Ctrl + V into a Google 
doc in Chrome.
