Unable to capture on a popup without a toolbar #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to a website that pops up a window without a toolbar
2.click on capture region on chrome screen capture on the original window
3. you cant screen capture the poped up window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect the region to capture to follow the active tab/window
instead it stays on the original

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7
Version: 5.0.3
