This adds gifting on the new users page as layout in https://github.com/gardenshade/mam-plus/issues/222 .
Adds some handy tools to only gift those ticketed and to tick 100 of the un-gifted users at a time.
The gift list trim has been increased by a lot as the new users page shows 500 users, this needs some testing as it might slow down.
