Allow offset for episode numbers #74

To cater for the situation where the users video source is numbering episodes 
differently from TVDB (E.G. double episodes being counted as Episode 1 on 
TVDB are sometimes counted as Episodes 1 & 2 on other sites and vice versa) 
could you allow an offset against a TV season so that we don't have to keep 
renaming the downloaded files manually before using the Scan feature?
