Simple reminders #25

Hi, based on your WaterCare automation module. I have tried to create a reminders module. I'm not sure, if in the "update" method it is OK to always create a new protocol handler, but so far it works. The automation create a tupel list with a time stamp and all found/active reminders.

I hope you find this useful. If yes, fix what need to be fixed (I'm not a python programmer, I'm work more in Java) and create a new version
