Perceived Effort #5

I think the only kind of workout that's untested is a perceived effort workout. The program may still crash on those, or produce a non-optimal workout. I'm thinking that it should just set the power range to 0-1000 for those, so that you don't get beeped at for going too fast or too slow. I'll make sure this works next time TaO schedules me one.

I made it not crash on these now, but it just uses some hard coded power numbers at the moment. Need to figure out something better. Maybe use really wide ranges based on % of CP

I've now changed this to do ranges based on %CP. They are pretty wide, so it really should never yell at you, since these are meant to be perceived effort. If someone runs into issues with these, give me a shout and I can adjust them. 7af759fae5de9afdc515394bfdbb3d4e970ba979
