More information about an invasive species

Hello. I am looking for more information about the classification of the species Azadirachta indica A.Juss. in the country of Paraguay as invasive. I am looking for information about how this conclusion was reached, what research was done and where in the country, and so forth. Can you please point me where to find this? Thank you very much.
