No connection when using non latin characters for the PS3's name #31

If you have given your PS3 system a name like 马珂的PS3 (Chinese letters 
mixed with latin ones) ORP will now be able to connect to the PS3.

In ORPui the system's name will look like "马珂的PS3" (see 
attached file) 
and therefore reply with the error "corrupted video stream" after 3 seconds.

After changing the system's name to MexxPS3 things work like a charme again.

Maybe a minor issue for Western people but for many Japanese and Chinese PS3 
owners this problem might be a big deal.

Will switch to UTF-8 encoding of all text strings for the next version/release.
