Fixes #34 #42

gmin and gmax were mixed up and an incorrect sign caused the Gain CV input to be inverted. There was a typo, inputs[Q3_INPUT] was used twice instead of inputs[Q2_INPUT].

Surely these need to be added to DeuxEtageres as well?

You are right, the code for DeuxEtageres is just a copy.
