Include indirect mappings via Wikidata #170

If schemes RVK and DDC have been chosen and a Wikidata item is mapped to both a RVK entry and a DDC entry, the indirect mapping from RVK to DDC should be shown. This requires https://github.com/gbv/wikidata-jskos/issues/8 and maybe minor additions in Cocoda to configure this feature.
