Design preferences #3

Please provide any additional information below.
Design preferences:
1. Application caption button - add minimize/maximize buttons.
2. Links between the absent points cross zero. Is there another design solution?
2. The panel "File"-"Chart"-"Options" is too big.
3. Upon checking "Show legend" the graph is too small.
4. Perhaps it make sense to increase blank margins around graphs.
