As a user / FT / Admin, I want to be able to interact with other forum users by liking, commenting on, and sharing posts so that I can engage with the community.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Scenario: User can like a post
- Given a user is viewing a forum post
- When the user clicks the "like" button
- Then the post should be marked as liked and the number of likes should increase by one

[ ] Scenario: User can comment on a post
- Given a user is viewing a forum post
- When the user enters a comment in the comment field and submits it
- Then the comment should be displayed below the post along with the user's name
[ ] Scenario: User can reply to a comment
- Given a user is viewing a forum post with existing comments
- When the user clicks "reply" on an existing comment and enters their response
- Then the reply should be displayed as a nested comment under the original comment, along with the user's name
[ ] Scenario: User can edit or delete their own comments
- Given a user has posted a comment on a forum post
- When the user clicks the "edit" button next to their comment
- Then the user should be able to edit the content of the comment and save the changes
- And the user can also delete their comment entirely
[ ] Scenario: User can report inappropriate content
- Given a user is viewing a forum post with inappropriate content
- When the user clicks the "report" button next to the offending content
- Then an admin should be notified of the reported content and take appropriate action
