Sorry for the delayed response. I though the answer would be easy, but as it turned out wasn't so.
Metascan is built on Prokka, so when I made it you could run it whenever Prokka would run. And was therefor also usable in a Prokka environment.
However with the tbl2asn change to table2asn (although I think it was actually a but earlier that), Prokka is now using tbl2asn-forever. And for some reason I cannot get that to work with Metascan.
Therefor I am now creating a dedicated environment for Metascan. So I hope that in the coming days I will have a working environment I can put out.
