Hi there. Looks like https://audiopipe.suno.ai/ only provided the .mp3 filetype.

Is there a way to return the .wav variant in the audio_url?

Unfortunately Suno does not provide any lossless audio files and only provides MP3. Upd: see comment below

They do for their paid tier.
