This design is the shape of the state in a plaid design with a heart over Lincoln in a contrasting pattern.

Things to Consider

I found some plaid patterns on creative market, but I only paid for the personal use. Before we actually sell anything with these red/black patterns, we need to buy the commercial license for $25 (https://creativemarket.com/paperfarms/1173793-Red-and-black-plaid-digital-paper)
