Feedback/Bug report: After downloading podcast episodes to play throughout the day, in most cases the app will “delete” the episode from my downloads right as it reaches the top of the queue. The app still says that the podcast is still downloaded but the app will function as if it’s not, attempting to stream the episode; I do have it set not to delete any downloads automatically.
On a side note, when this occurs if I don’t interact with the episode or queue the app somehow bypasses both the ‘Only download on Wi-Fi’ setting and even when I cut it off from using cellular data entirely.

At first I thought it was the “delete played episode” option jumping the gun so I set it to never but that didn’t fix the issue.
It seems to occur when the app closes for one reason or another in the middle of an episode playing, reopening the app and trying to play the episode triggers the iCloud playback error and require a new download to play even though the episode still appears in downloads.
Another way it occurs is while playing the episode if I accidentally start another episode in the queue, the episode will reappear at the top of the queue but it won’t be “downloaded”.
