Create screencasts #78

Create screencasts for how to use pyDataverse. They should be short and consist of the most common use-cases (can be found in the User Guide Docs).

Great idea - I'd be happy to give feedback as Python novice, and/or coordinate on content as I prepare a short talk about dataverse-client-r for the end of this month.

As discussed during the 2024-02-14 meeting of the pyDataverse working group, we are closing old milestones in favor of a new project board at https://github.com/orgs/gdcc/projects/1 and removing issues (like this one) from those old milestones.
