Set python-formatter to lsp #13

Yapfify hasn't been updated since 2021. Yapfify doesn't seem to support python's new match case statements and crashes on any file using it.

Hmm, the problem may be the version of yapf I have installed, I need to check that

Never mind, this was caused because the system yapf version is too old
