[Feature] Adding all math function's description into the README file #12

There are many functions that are there in the math part of the module that are missing a description and may be overlooked by the user when looking for whether if a function is there or not. For example, the path pysnippets/maths/polar_rectangular_conversion.py is completely missing any mention anywhere in the readme. It would also be useful as to keep track of what functions are already there under which category and what needs to further added for each one of them.
