Interconnect plugin uses `get_interconnect_cml_path` which appears deprecated #232

Describe the bug The interconnect plugin example in lumerical_2_interconnect.py tries to use a cml_path from the PDK but this field appears to be deprecated as of https://github.com/gdsfactory/gdsfactory/pull/2005 and is None for the feneric PDK and the UBC PDK used in the example notebook
