I'll put this in the buganizer too-- I think it's a gadget issue

This address:  22 Kaulua Pl Paia, HI 96779

The API result is:
{"status":"NO_STREET_SEGMENT_FOUND","locations":[[]],"contests":[[]],
  "segments":[]

But the gadget displays
13-01 Paia Community Ctr
252 Hana Hwy
Kahului, HI 96732

This is an incorrect API result.  Hawaii just fucked up the data in their feed. 
 We're blacklisting.
