feat: files panel

[x] list folder and files in the panel
[x] double click folder into sub-folder
[x] double click the file open in the editor
[x] folder path as Breadcrumb, click to redirect to related path ~- [ ] Breadcrumb folder path simplify the home icon~
[x] Right-click to display the action list
