Add Pi 5 HAT: Mcuzone MPS2242 POE HAT (Combined NVME and POE) #614

This is a dual purpose hat with NVME (2230 and 2242) and POE support by MCUZone. Comes in A variant with a bonus USB-C port (extra 5V3A), and a B variant with holes in the PCB for the camera connectors (taller and without extra usb-c plug

I'm using mine now, and it works for both purposes. Happy to run any tests if requested.

just add Mcuzone also has a 2280 variant that take full-size nvme drives as well. Otherwise same as the 2242 version
