Handle multi-fasta input files

Handle multi-fasta input files: run integron finder on each replicon, and concatenate results at the end.

• [x] Move all script part of if __name__ == '__main__' to a function
• [x] Create new script with:
  • [x] the command-line parser
  • [x] A main function calling integron_finder for each integron
  • [x] and then concatenating output results according to options given by user.
