Fix deploy and add support for editing comments #35

Add support for editing GitHub comments

Now if you edit a GitHub comment and add an @mention it will trigger birch-girder and send an email Fixes #34

Fix logging when run outside of Lambda environment

Remove no longer used tempfile module

Fix deploy console_script reference and up to v1.0.0

Update references to deploy process

Also add table of contents and clarify readme
