Investigate changing name exists_during to 'during' #53

Changing the name of exists_during to during was proposed at an annotation call (see example 1 http://wiki.geneontology.org/index.php/Annotation_Conf._Call,_July_28,_2015).

Isn't there an existing parent relation 'during' ? so a merge?
