Obsoletion notice: GO:0106339 tRNA (cytidine(32)-2'-O)-methyltransferase activity (with replacement) #837

Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0106339 tRNA (cytidine(32)-2'-O)-methyltransferase activity.

There are experimental annotations to this term by FlyBase 1 (automatic transfer) PomBase 1 (already annotated with GO:0106340) UniProt 1 (automatic transfer)

There are no InterPro2GO/UniRule/UniProtKW mappings to this term. This term is not present in any subset.

This term is being replaced by GO:016340 tRNA (cytidine(32)/guanosine(34)-2'-O)-methyltransferase activity.
