Regen of yeast pathways models showing code change in ticket https://github.com/geneontology/pathways2GO/issues/154. This extracts and emits protein-containing complex component GPs. Input BioPAX files used are same as usual dated 2021-01-25.

This set of models is pulled from https://github.com/geneontology/yeast-pathways-go-cams/pull/2
