As part of the last step of SOP, I was adding the brand new term GO:0160203 to gomodel:66b5638000000000 and managed to get a list of errors. I cannot reproduce, so considering this to be user error instead of a Noctua hiccup.

I would note that this seems to be an "internal_test" model and, in the lower right, you can see the text "enabled by undefined".
