Upstream issues with wormbase file causing pipeline issues #362

Since at least February 14th (and likely an unknown span before), the wormbase file, as given in GO metadata, no longer seems to work

Has there been a recent change, or just an outage?

File seems to be back, but the previous outage tangled up the pipeline. Sorted and starting a run fresh.
