[3.4.0 dev] AI spacing is still all over the place when in combat mode [Screenshots]

Describe the bug While my 4v4 group battle is underway I still notice straight away that several AI units will just "do their own thing" and are way behind.

To Reproduce

1. make a large scale battle maybe 5 groups v 5 groups
2. go into zeus
3. observe

Expected behavior Ideally they should remain somewhat together in a tactical spacing environment. These AI was hundreds of m away from their squad
