AI throwing smoke grenades when CBA setting is 0 chance. #171

Describe the bug CBA settings for chance to throw smoke grenade 0, AI still spam smoke grenades.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to CBA settings and turn the % chance AI throw smoke grenades to 0
  2. Make a small battle
  3. Observe

Expected behaviour AI to not throw any smoke grenades

Screenshots n/a VCOM Version: 3.4.0 stable from workshop (as of date 9th October 20)

Additional mods used: nope

Additional context Might wanna check the same setting for frags just in case.
