Conditional manipulation #86

Hi, thanks a lot for sharing your amazing work. I have a question related to conditional manipulation. In the paper you stated that conditional manipulation is not applicable to W space. Why is that? Is it because this kind of manipulation require the latent code to be in the normal distribution. Thanks
