Add postal code entry to "sample_list" file and provide in output #356

To be able to use the Jasen output for calling outbreaks it would be useful to have information on geographical proximity of the samples. A postal code would work for that.

What about modifying Jasen so that it takes a samplelist with postal code as input and provides the it in the output?
