Updating Bioconductor installation instructions for R 3.5 and later. #72

Updating to BiocManager::install from biocLite, which is deprecated as of R 3.5.

I've been assigned by HarvardX to make sure courses PH525x 5-7 have functioning materials before courses launch again and am hoping I can also update the textbook to correct version-related code issues.
