for some resone google has marked mimicatz as malware, does anyone know why?? googles report

mimikatz is a security tool, used by the vast walks of life.

Whitehats, blackhats, redteams. It is often delivered as a post exploit payload on systems.

And as is most things AV companies do, they will glance at security and mark it as malware.
