[Infobox] WMS link for WMS-swisstopo data leads to nothing

UC: open the infobox of a chargeable swisstopo layer, click the link to WMS Result: https://wms.swisstopo.admin.ch/ produces an error message Expected: user gets some information about the usage of the swisstopo WMS service Workaround: link the product page of swisstopo wms instead:

@mariokeusen why not link to GetCapabilities as for layers in wms.geo.admin.ch?

The service https://wms.swisstopo.admin.ch/ is not open (for now). You need a password.

This was a decision by topo / Geodatenabgabe to put the link to the shop-product WMS-swisstopo there, because the wms.swisstopo is not open for everyone and one needs to order a user/pw

Do you want all the layers listened bellow to point to the new destination?
As far as I know, we do not use a lang parameter for the WMS link. Is it ok to use a default?

@mariokeusen why did you open this issue again? As long as we are not opendata, there should be a link to the shop, because you have to pay for this wms. https://shop.swisstopo.admin.ch/de/products/geoservice/swisstopo_geoservices/swisstopoWMS

@ltclm because the now given link leads to an error, which is not user friendly. Therefore I would support the proposal by @rebert above.
