Failed to find installation script #11

I get this error (kde5 on mxlinux) -

An error occurred during the installation process:
The installation failed with code 1 while attempting to run the command:
servicemenuinstaller install /home/vvasuki/.local/share/servicemenu-download/kde-services-3.0.2.tar.bz2

The returned output was:
"Failed to find an installation script in /home/vvasuki/.local/share/servicemenu-download/kde-services-3.0.2.tar.bz2-dir"

Hi, the only installation method supported at this time is the one shown in the following link:

The project needs a big update because it got stuck on Fedora 27. Right now I don't have the time to make the necessary changes so that it can be installed by the CLI with "servicemenuinstaller" or by the GUI with the desktop environment menu services manager.

If some menu services that interest you give you problems, I recommend that you use it in Fedora 27 in a virtual machine or on another PC. Remember to install all the dependencies required for full functionality described in the following link:
