Georeference a map #723

We have a plugin, "Allmaps", that allows users to georeference a map that is hosted on IIIF.

  1. Use the "Georeferenced vis Allmaps Plugin" to view some maps that have already been georeferenced
  2. Pick a new map and georeference it with the plugin
  3. Write up a few simple steps on how to do this.
