Different base settings for mobile platform and laptop. #25

If you open insarmaps on an iphone the screen gets very crowded. I wonder whether we could have different settings -- the server knows whether a user is on a mobile platform, right? If so we should think about details. Here two suggestions

I am forgetting some of the terminology - what does "dataset window" mean? Do you mean this:

I think we have dataset window and attribute window.

Yes, it was that picture I sent. I ended up remembering.

Done. I did not do this: The frame window should be minimized by default.

As it will be kind of difficult due to how our frame window works so that the title of each column stays in place while you scroll.

Please re-open this issue if you think this is a high priority item.
